Once you or one of your team members have served your customer(s), simply ask if they would like to leave you a review. As we know they always say, yes buy very rely do. Ask if they have their mobile handy...
Tap your review card against their mobile, the review portal will load on their mobile there and then and up to 90% of customers will leave a review. We've seen that most of the people at the table (if you own a restaurant) or both partners (if delivering a service) will leave a review.
The review portal will be loaded instantly on their device, they first pick the number of stars they believe their experience was, if 4-5, they are directed to a review platform of your choice...
